The Mother of Bar'd
Y'know, working on these recent pages has made me realise how accustomed I am to just sticking with recycling the same backgrounds again and again. Normally, I know where everything is. I know exactly where to place characters to be able to fit them perfectly in-panel at different zoom levels. If I want to fit one character behind the counter, one to the far left, and one to the far right, I know exactly where to place the in relation to the background so as to fit them all in-panel when I zoom in and add the panel edge around them.
New background, and I'm suddenly lost. Had to work out exactlty where my characters could stand to remain in panel at 300% but provide enough distance to not be directly in each others faces.
It's... interesting times. Only bound to become more-so when I try and move the characters further into the restaurant.

When you inherited the Leafy Bar, did anyone other than you work there? If so, was Shelia one of the original employees?

It's hard to stop when it's this easy.

@ AkumaTh: Never in my life will I say that sentence in ANY context.
I didn't even think there was a context for it...

Leo, no contest.
Especially when he's playing with Cintreuse.

BOA, i thought he was the women last comic
Striffen Cloud , October 28th, 2011, 4:09 am
Next he'll get all invasive and ask who tops.
(Too much? In a comic involving gender bending and evil moustaches? Yeah, maybe. In which case I apologize in advance.)

Update schedule is a mess. Albeit theoretically, should updated every Sunday evening or Monday morning moving forward, dependent on your timezone.
