Well, last issue was fun. I mean, to read how many of you were broken by that simple punchline, I doubt half of you will survive the Christmas to New Year pages~ But enough about that.
I'm relatively awkward in using these two characters in that I'm not quite sure how to present them. The main problem is with Xavier, our hedgehog friend. Whilst he's supposed to be a quiet character, he's also supposed to be advertising, two traits which I found hard to write together. Hopefully he doesn't do anything TOO drastically out of character.
Oh, and lastly, I need to thank La Moop. He caught a mistake I made on the previous update. One which I'm surprised noone else pointed out, seens it was up for about 24 hours before the mistake was noted to me, and noone at Smackjeeves - nor any of the 5 forums this is regularly posted at - pointed it out. Ah well, it's fixed now. Have fun wondering what you missed~
Your author comment at the end of the comic is so darn true! It's not the program, it's the person!
A while ago, I made the first page for my comic, and was all like: "Dang, I'm good!"
At first I just used Paint and it didn't look bad at all, until I discovered GIMP, and then using a little imagination and experimenting with its features, I remade the cover image and now it's rockin' awesome.
