The Mother of Bar'd	A note on the previous comic, as, reading the comments, some of you seemed to miss Vas' arm holding Leo up due to it kind of blending into the background. So no, Leo wasn't levitating, he was being held up by Vas. Originally, I was considering zooming out the last panel to give a full view, however, I thought it was more funny visually to have the consistency of camera with how he was being held up. Unfortunately, as I myself obviously knew the arm was there, I couldn't fall to the problem of not noticing it, and failed to realise how easy it was to actually miss. So yes, aplogies about that. Not that I didn't hate that page anyway. And now to talk about this comic. Well, moreso the 'Fun Fact' actually, as a more detailed explanation. Vas has been mentioned as having travelled to this current city a few times, specifically, he's come from quite far East to arrive here. That 'Eastern Country' is basically the old RP forum mentioned up there. The forum itself started off as a sort of Sonic forum, and as such, most of the characters were Sonic FCs. I RP'd a lot there, giving Vas a large portion of his backhistory. As time went on however, the forum split from it's Sonic routes and became more of just a 'furry RP forum'. This was fine, until the backstory of the world seemed to become more and more twisted till it resembled something along the lines of a furry version of 'Heroes', with characters for some reason hiding their abilities and treating them as abnormalities despite the earlier RPs in which they'd thought off big robots and stuff in the streets. Oh, and to drive it more in the 'Heroes' direction, Billie's main enemy became 'Sylar'. Getting sick of the ridiculous copy-pasta storyline nature of what was a dying forum, and the fact that I was wanting to continue using my characters on other forums without having to write entirely new backstories. As such, Vas left on the hunt for his brother, never to return. Now, I have kept most of the key aspects of his backstory (His girlfriend Billie, certain conflicts he got into, etc. etc.) whilst vagueing out the ones which felt too contradictory or silly (Nobody knows about power, SYLAR, etc. etc.). This led to some of the more curious ideas of Bar'd, for example, Vas never having met a human before, not having any humans in his old country (seens there were no humans in the world established on the forum). So, to summarise, Vas is a foreigner. I'm curious if he has an accent.

	As a note to my comment on the previous comic, I just made Leo say 'Why am I levitating' because HE didn't seem to realize that Vas was holding him. I was one of the few who noticed. :D ANYWAYS, on this comic. Good work as usual, but now you've got me wondering what accent Vas has... Far East...Chinese? Brick'd
